We found the menu to be very inviting and our selections were very well prepared and served in an attractive manner. There was nothing more we could have asked for to make the evening more complete. Have been toBakerStreetfor both Lunch and Dinner. The wife and I both had great meals both times. Wait staff is amazing!! Very polite and we never had to ask for anything. Our newborn was not cooperating at our last visit so my wife was trying to rock her in the entrance way as not to disturb others eating and the hostess offered to hold her so my wife could eat. You don't get that service any where else in Fort Wayne. Will definitely return!

I would highly recommend Baker Street for anyone who has not been there before. All of the food was of great quality! The service and atmosphere was exactly what I was hoping for as well. Baker Street exceeded all my expectations!

I have had the opportunity to enjoy BakerStreet on four or five occasions, and I could live off of the beefsteak tomato salad. The service staff is the most professional in town, it is apparent that they hold their positions in high regards, a token that can never be undervalued. This coupled with a high caliber of food makes BakerStreet the best investment for an evening: the return is consistently what I had expected/hoped for. I feel confident recommending this establishment for dates and/or business. Not to bash, but I feel that there is another few restaurants in town that have a high caliber reputation, but I often leave with the feeling that the food (especially the steak cuts and preperations) and service is detached from the culinary art and lacking in character. Keep up the great work! I am making a reservation as I type.

Open Table DIner

This was my second visit to Baker Street. The first visit was about six months ago, and it was for dinner after a business meeting. The food and service were excellent, and I vowed to return with my girlfriend. We were not disappointed...this was her first visit there, and she loved it. The food, service and atmosphere were all excellent once again. We also had an after-dinner drink in the bar. Very enjoyable. We intend to return to Baker Street as often as we can.

Hands down some of the best grub in town. my favorite aspect of BakerStreet is that it is what you want it to be. If you want a dressed up date with the significant other it's VERY accommodating for that. but if you just want a quality meal after work at the bar, you're not looked down at for not wearing a suit and tie ( the staff is incredible).
Food is great, as are portions, i go there as often as i can!

We enjoyed our Mother's Day Dinner very much. It was our first time at Baker Street so we really didn't know what to expect. It exceeded or expectations. I would recommend Baker Street to anyone who want a 1st class experience.

I just wanted to let you know how great our experience was at Baker Street last night; specifically, how fantastic the service was. Our server, Liz, from the beginning of the meal to the end, was friendly and helpful. She was obviously busy, but never once did our service suffer. She even offered to buy our dessert (it was our anniversary). My wife and I eat out often, and Liz was one of the best servers we have ever had. And while it goes without saying, the food was excellent too. Thanks!

Open Table diner

This restaurant has been a favourite of mine since it opened. I love the personal attention given by the wait staff, and the food is always divine. The wine list is fairly extensive, and they have a wonderful bar staff. Most noted for their steaks, they have a unique interpretation of standard steak representations, which this eater finds quite refreshing.

I dined at Baker Street for the first time last night and it was by far the best dining experience I have ever had. I tried the vanilla bean martini and fell in love. Best drink I ever remember having. So I followed that with another. Then a friend and I shared the steak salad. I have never had a salad so good. Then we finished this off with the Kiss Goodbye. Another pefect part of the dinner. This restaurant is my new favorite. The atmosphere, the staff, the service, and the food. Everything was PERFECT. I didn't realize such a great restaurant was in Fort Wayne.

I met a good friend for lunch at Baker Street yesterday. Neither of us had ever been to the restaurant. Our server Danielle was wonderful! She pampered us with superior service! I started off with the Lobster Bisque.  It was delightfully creamy and rich in taste with the chunks of lobster throughout. For my entree I chose the special of the day Flounder with mushrooms and two potato cakes. It was savory to the very last bite! The flounder was light, flaky and absolutely divine. I saved room for dessert and tried the vanilla bean creme brulee. I was not disappointed.  It was rich, creamy and the best creme brulee I have ever had!  I am recommending Baker Street to all my friends and I will be back.  It was a very enjoyable dining experience!

Just wanted to take a minute to thank you and your staff for another great meal! I try each time to order something new and exciting, but cannot stay away from the Ribeye (Pittsburgh medium of course). The food is always great but tonight it was exceptional. However, what made tonight special for my wife and I was the service. What a great impression followed by the most enthusiastic and sincere service we have had in years. Bristol and Lindsay (I think sorry) just really did a nice job not only checking on us, but also keeping the mood very relaxing and fun! The pretzel bread to go was a nice touch too!! You ladies did a great job.

Again, I would like to thank you for such an enjoyable New Year's Eve.  I am a fragile diabetic and have to watch what I eat.  It would be nice to have an occasional dessert available after a nice dinner.  My wife has fabulous diabetic recipes for me and that is why I ask for recipes!  This year she perfected baklava.  Being Lebanese it has taken us a while to perfect some of our foods for diabetics.  Again, your chef didn't miss a beat when he said he was going to order some steaks and lobsters.  Great guy!  Your serving team was great and you were extremely nice in offering us some drinks for being a little late in seating us.  I will be sure to let others know what a great team you have!  All the best to you in the New Year.

We were classmates at Northrop and my Wife and I dined at Bakerstreet last night. She had eaten there previously, but it was my first time there. We had the most wonderful Oysters (on the half shell and Rockerfeller), the Wedge Salad was great and my wife's steadk was delicious. You should be proud. We will definitely dine there again and regularly.

I sincerely apologize for not writing this earlier, but I wanted to personally thank you again for the job you and your staff did at my rehearsal dinner. Although things may not have gone perfectly smoothly, things were fixed very quickly and all the problems were handled in a very professional manner. I feel that much more is said about a person and/or a business in the times of "trial" than in the times where everything goes off without a hitch. Because of how you and your staff handled things at my rehearsal dinner, along with the many other times my family and I have dined at Baker Street, I will continue to give Baker Street my highest recommendation to anyone that asks.

Thank you again for all your hard work. I hope you and your family have a wonderful holiday season. I am already looking forward to the next time that I am in Fort Wayne so I am able to have a dinner at Baker Street.

The food was good and the service was excellent from Ryan our waiter.
 
Bar - We had a drink in the bar area before dinner and they were very friendly.  We very much liked the dark wood and feel of the bar.
 
Appetizers - The appetizers were good.  We ordered the Scallops and the Spring Rolls.  The Scallops were very good but the Spring Rolls left something to be desired as they were kind of small and not much flavor.
 
Sides - The vegetables we ordered were the Asparagus and the Au Gratin Potatoes.  The asparagus was very good and the size was one that we shared with the table.  The Au Gratin Potatoes seemed to be good on the top, but the size of the potatoes made it hard to scoop with the spoon and the potatoes were very firm so you needed to cut it with the spoon to scoop. 

Wine -  The wine was a very good Chilean Malbec and we ordered two bottles that were smooth and enjoyable both with the appetizers and with the entrees / steaks.  The wine list was also very good.
 
Entrees -  The steaks that the others ordered were very good.  They ordered there steaks medium and they came out closer to medium rare which is what they were expecting.  Unfortunately, I ordered the Ribeye medium rare and it came out well done.
 
How the management dealt with an issue -  Ryan the waiter and the manager came out to apologize.  They brought out the new Ribeye and it was very good!
 
We will be back and looking forward to dining with you again.
 
I hope you take this information with the spirit it was intended as I dine out very regularly and liked the atmosphere and the people.

A fine staff served up a perfectly divine meal with grace and elegance in a comfortably intimate setting. We have found a new love and already are planning our return visit. My boyfriend and I visited your a couple of weeks ago for dinner. We had such wonderful service. Our waiter Todd, was exceptional, I have a wheat allergy and he checked with the chef to make sure that my dinner was wheat free. He extremely outstanding with making us feel welcome and took extra steps to make sure our visit was a good one. Yesterday, I took my wife for dinner at your restaurant.  It was in celebration of my wife's 70th birthday.  We also brought our daughter with us.  This was her first time in your fine restaurant.
 
We were all were very pleased with our food and our service.  Everything was perfect from the very beginning to the very end.
 
Our server was just starting on waiting on tables and his teacher was Lysa.  He was excellent in the knowledge of everything on the menu and because of his knowledge, it was very easy to make our selections.  He was pleasant and skillful in all aspects of serving us.
 
We each had different entrees, and all of them superb.  We couldn't have had a more delightful evening.  We will all be back to see you again.  Thank you so much for the wonderful food and the excellent service from all your staff.

My only disappointment was with the Scottish Salmon, which was overcooked. Regardless, I very much enjoyed my dining experience and will be back soon.
